With more than 15 years experience, Matthews is considered
one of the state’s leading tenant and landlord brokers. Over
the past five years, she has
completed nearly 200 transactions amounting to more than
three million sf with an aggregate value of about $300 mil-
lion. Included in that track record are such clients as RREEF, Wells
Real Estate Funds and Normandy Real Estate Partners. Matthews is
currently handling almost one million sf of space throughout NJ,
encompassing eight properties. Known for her diverse industry
expertise, and adds value to clients as a due diligence resource.

action manager and was named a principal
of the firm in 2004.
Her production team at Cronheim
Mortgage has consistently been among the
most active in the industry, and she has
been involved in more than $1.2 billion of
production just in the past two years alone.
Representative financings have included
the DAR Realty Portfolio in Connecticut
($84.3 million), Northampton Crossing
Shopping Center in Easton, PA ($52.9 mil-
lion), and Hadley Center in South
Plainfield, NJ ($50.75 million).
