JAIME J. RASKULINECZ
CEO
Entrust Northeast
Jaime Raskulinecz founded Entrust
Northeast after “struggling to find a
local business” that could help her
make real estate investments within
her retirement accounts. Entrust
Northeast specializes in account
administration and transaction support services for self-directed
retirement and savings accounts.
Before becoming part of the Entrust Group, she was, and still is,
CEO and a principal of Rainbow Property Management, an all-women firm that was originally founded to address the needs of
owners and board of community and condo associations, co-ops
and rental properties.
Joined Hartz in 1984 in what was then
the newly developing field of
environmental
science, working with the
engineering and
property management depart-
ments. She was recently promoted to VP of
environmental affairs, and is responsible for
addressing environmental matters across the
company’s portfolio, including new construction and existing properties. Has been
involved from pre-purchase through permitting through completion in many of Hartz’s
best-known properties: Lincoln Harbor (
waterfront development permit); Edgewater Ford
plant (waterfront redevelopment permit); the
Edison Ford plant (currently being developed);
and Harmon Meadow.
