Philadelphia office. He’s responsible for directing leasing activity for the company’s northeastern portfolio, with a focus on several Morris high-profile projects in

New Jersey. He comes

over from Edgewood Properties.

Rudolf Meckel III has launched a commercial mortgage banking firm, Atlantic Commercial Mortgage LLC, based in Mount Laurel. He had been VP of commercial real estate large-loan origination for Deutsche Bank Securities.

Fameco RealEstatehas added two salespeople and transferred another to its new Woodbridge office. The two new staffers are Daniel Spector (formerly with Alpha Development) and Perry GraBois; and property manager Wayne Neishas been transferred in from another location.

Michael A.J. Wolz has joined Del-Sano Contracting Corp. of Union as a project manager. Formerly with RBA Group, he’s a registered architect and certified contract administrator.

Aztec Corp., the Iselin-based architec-tural/design firm, has added three facility

analysts, Amy Furnald, Nicole Kersis and Nicole Hausveit. Hausveit comes over from Posen Architects, Furnald joins from Lexis Interiors and Kersis is a graduate of the Art Institute of Philadelphia.

Cheryl McMurray has been promoted to business process manager by the Hamp- shireCos.She’s been with the Morristown-based private real estate investment fund management firm for the past 16 years.

Newmark Knight Frank Retailhas added Justin Steinas a managing director in the Rutherford office. He had previously been a partner of the New Jersey retail team of Cushman & Wakefield, closing $28 million of deals during his three-year tenure.
