Rosenberg founded DMR Architects in
1991 and serves as the Hasbrouck Heights-based firm’s president and CEO. Initially,

$28.6-million facility serves 520 students, houses 41 classrooms
and includes an auditorium, cafeteria, media center and
two full gymnasiums. In recent years, DMR has moved into
sustainable design and international projects, including large-scale development in China, Romania, Nigeria and Costa Rica.
Rosenberg is a registered architect in 15 states and has won
numerous awards for his work. In 2007, Rosenberg launched
Green Economics Inc., which provides advice on the economic
benefits of sustainable design, renovation and construction.

GREGORY SHUNICK
G3 Architects
As managing principal of G3
Architects in Elmwood Park, Shunick
spearheaded the firm’s move to open an
office in New Jersey. That decision was
driven by the recommendations of many
of the firm’s associates in the design and
construction industry, who related that
high-quality interior design services
were being offered by only a few organizations. “The result has
been nothing less than fantastic, and the response has been as
everyone told us it would,” Shunick says. He is responsible for
overseeing all aspects of the firm, including lead tracking and
marketing, client relations and development, project design
and execution, construction oversight, contract development,
employee recruiting and personnel management as well as
schedule-, budget- and fee-tracking. His background includes
over 25 years experience and more than five million square
feet of project work completed individually as a designer,
architect, project manager and project executive.—RENJ
